My coaching blends practical life coaching tools with a philosophical lens. This means we don’t just look at what’s happening but why it matters, how you relate to it, and how your thinking shapes your experience of the world.
Sessions are reflective but action-focused - a space to step out of autopilot, challenge unhelpful patterns, and turn insight into tangible progress in everyday life.
The aim is simple: more clarity, more direction, and a way of living that feels genuinely aligned with who you are and how you want to move through the world.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Degree (MA) in Philosophy and Psychology
- Certificate in coaching
- Member of the Association of Coaching
- Experience ranging from schools to prisons, individuals to couples, and careers to personal development
Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
