About us
Hi, I’m Marco Tedine and I I help adults who struggle with emotional regulation to understand the roots of their pain and restore balance, so they can live a more meaningful and connected life. My work is about understanding how our early experiences shape the patterns we carry into our relationships, our families, and our work - and learning how to meet those patterns with clarity, compassion, and courage.
My path into this work is personal.
I spent part of my childhood in a boarding school, separated from my parents at a young age. That experience shaped my early sense of belonging and taught me what it feels like to navigate the world without emotional safety. Later in life, I rebuilt myself through periods of financial struggle, unemployment, rejection, depression, the collapse of relationships, and the loss and rebuilding of identity through several failed ventures. There were also moments of emotional and physical harm that left deep marks.
These experiences could have hardened me. Instead, they taught me patience, humility, and the quiet strength that comes from understanding, rather than resisting, our emotional reality. This is why my work is not theoretical. It is lived.
I draw on Adler, Socrates, the Stoics, Bradshaw, Goleman, Lipton and others to help people learn how to regulate, reconnect, and rebuild. My coaching blends reflective depth with practical tools - so insight becomes something you can act on, not just think about.
I am certified by Real Coaching Co and hold an MSc in Computer Science (Merit) from Birkbeck, University of London.
