About me
When you begin coaching sessions with me, you’ll begin a journey with someone dedicated to creating and holding space for you to discover and achieve not just goals, but realise your deepest desires. What you truly want and need in your life to feel powerful and fulfilled.
Personal coaching creates clarity, builds confidence and can reduce stress and anxiety. It unlocks your potential and over time, creates a growth mindset meaning change and challenge become opportunities, rather than obstacles.

Further information
Alongside my role as a System Operations Manager for a large NHS organisation in Norfolk, I work as a personal and developmental coach — supporting deep thinkers, quiet leaders, and kind-but-exhausted humans navigating change, challenge or growth.
I specialise in career transitions, burnout recovery, leadership development, and helping introverts thrive in noisy systems. My work is rooted in vertical development theory, using the Leadership Development Framework to bring clarity and insight (think growth glitter, but backed by science).
Sessions are online, warm, and structured — a safe space for big questions, honest reflection, and the occasional interruption from one of my three cockapoos.
