I have a unique way of working successfully with clients which incorporates a combination of Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Coaching philosophies.
Background and Experience
My passion for my vocation began over 25 years ago when I studied Organisational Psychology for 3 years at Manchester University. At that time the programme leader was Professor Sir Cary Cooper, a leading world expert on stress.
After University I began to implement my training within the financial services industry. I held several senior roles where I was able to develop successful coaching cultures and enable individuals to achieve success by supporting them to build self confidence, belief and resilience.
I continued my professional development over the following years with training and qualifications in Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Coaching, Transactional Analysis (TA), Hypnotherapy and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) before moving into private practice.
I now have many years experience in private practice and have worked successfully with a wide range of male and female clients, each with a unique set of circumstances and issues.
