About me
I am an Integrative Health and Life Coach, and I work with two kinds of people: those in leadership, and those going through cancer treatment or recovery. They often arrive at my door in a similar state, worn out, not always sure why, or standing at a point where they cannot quite see which direction to take next.
Among my leadership clients, most cannot name what has gone wrong. They just know that the way they are living and working no longer fits. Burnout is often the word that gets used, though it is rarely the whole story. I work with clients across Europe, the Middle East and the US, in English or German.
Others come to me while going through cancer treatment, or in the months and years afterwards. Several come through the integrative oncology team at Oncogenix Care in London, where I work alongside their clinical team as an independent practitioner. Others find me directly.
If any of this sounds familiar, I have been there myself. I have lived through burnout, and I have been through cancer. I am not offering you theory. I know what it takes to find your way through both, and I bring that alongside the training.
What I do with both groups is look at the whole picture. Sleep, energy, the decisions piling up, what is happening at home, and what you want, underneath everything else, out of the years still ahead. I am not here to hand you a plan and stand back. I am here with you, in it, for as long as it takes. You are in the driving seat. My work is to bring the structure and the questions. Whatever you decide, you will not be sitting with any of it alone, and you will leave each session with the confidence to act on what we have found, not just more insight to carry around.
The questions people bring:
People bring questions about work, health, energy, decisions, family, identity, and confidence. Some are practical.
- I have given so much for so long. Am I on the path I want to be on?
- I can see the pattern clearly. Why do I keep repeating it anyway?
- How do I make decisions about treatment and recovery that are mine, not everyone else's?
- What does getting back to myself even look like now, after everything that has changed?
Or you may bring a different situation altogether. The starting point matters less than being ready to look at it properly.
How I work:
We start with a free hour together, no commitment attached. From there, most people choose the six-month programme: fourteen sessions, weekly to start and easing to fortnightly as things settle. There is also a shorter three-month option of eight sessions, run at the same rhythm, for those who want a more focused piece of work.
There is no pitch at the end of the free session. We use it to find out, together, whether this is the right fit to work with each other.
