About me

With a strong foundation in leadership and management within social care, I have developed a coaching-led approach to supporting both individuals and teams. Throughout my career, I’ve combined operational leadership with structured coaching techniques to help people build confidence, improve performance, and navigate complex challenges.

In my current role within the housing sector, I lead a floating support team focused on empowering clients to live independently and sustain their accommodation. My work goes beyond practical support; I use coaching conversations to help individuals build resilience, strengthen decision-making, and develop the confidence to take meaningful steps forward.

Coaching has been a consistent thread across my leadership roles. I regularly use structured approaches such as COIN, reflective questioning, and solution-focused techniques to support staff development. This has enabled team members to think more clearly, take ownership of their progress, and perform more effectively in demanding environments.

My coaching style is calm, grounded, and outcome-focused. I create space for honest reflection while helping people move towards practical, achievable change. I have supported both clients and colleagues through emotionally complex situations, helping them gain clarity, set boundaries, and move forward with greater confidence.

In addition to my leadership role, I am developing a coaching practice, working with individuals who want to strengthen their confidence, improve performance, and make clearer, more effective decisions.
