About me
I am a coach primarily, but not exclusively, for educational professionals. With over 25 years teaching experience I know the sector. I will listen, support and challenge. With my help, you will be able to work through any challenges you are currently facing. I will help you reflect, gain insights and move forward.
I work with people who want to work through challenges and bring change. I will listen to you, question and challenge you and provide you with a structure to allow for deep and rich exploration of any topic you choose to bring to coaching. This will all happen in a supportive, professional, non-judgmental environment where I prioritise you and your learning.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a level 7 in executive coaching and mentoring from ILM (the Institute of Leadership and Management) and I am an associate member of the EMCC UK (European Mentoring and Coaching Council).
Member organisations
EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe.
EMCC is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation.

I will rarely give advice, rather I will support you to explore what steps you want to take. Secondly, I believe that you will always be able to make at least one small step of progress, and usually many more, by exploring your own thoughts and feelings with my guidance. I will empower you so that you have ownership over your achievements.
