I'm a passionate social impact leader now providing coaching to other passionate individuals leading social and environmental change in the world.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have completed my ICF ACTP (new level 2) Professional Coach Diploma (with Optimus Coach Academy) and working towards my ICF Coaching Accreditation at ACC level. I have been coaching for the past 5 years.
My professional experience before becoming a coach is as a trainer, facilitator and social impact project lead. I also have extensive experience as a social enterprise founder & co-Director, and non-executive director to social enterprises and third sector organisations.
For the past 5 years I have led my own business, supporting social entrepreneurs and for-purpose business owners with training, mentoring and coaching in the following areas:
- business development & strategy
- sales, pricing and confidence selling in a fully aligned way to your values
- growth mindset for social impact leadership
- measuring and communicating social impact
- online marketing and being the face of your brand
I also provide a lot of support around "managing all the things" as a business owner, mum, and ambitious adventurer for life.
I specialise in coaching social impact leaders and service based business owners with a social or environmental purpose.
