I help people who feel stuck, self-doubting, or disconnected from themselves to build confidence and create meaningful change.
Through coaching, we explore the beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back, so you can move forward with greater self-trust, emotional balance, and purpose.

My style is warm, reflective, and insight-led. With a background in psychotherapy as well as coaching, I offer depth as well as forward movement, helping you understand yourself more clearly while making practical changes in your life.
Sessions are 60 minutes and available on Zoom, in my private therapy room in Fleet, or outdoors in local woodland in the Fleet area.
