Burnout Coach | Manchester & Online

About me

I work with women to understand what is driving burnout and break the cycle for good. My approach is neuroinclusive and I have significant experience in supporting women who are neurodivergent and/or navigating perimenopause, menopause, and/or physical and mental health conditions.

Coaching is the latest chapter in more than twenty years of work in health and wellbeing, spanning mental health nursing, nutritional therapy and psychology. All of it comes back to the same thing: listening properly to what's really going on in someone's life. Burnout doesn't come from nowhere. Together we dig into where burnout started for you, the beliefs and patterns keeping it running, and what needs to change. My clients leave knowing themselves better, trusting their own judgement, and making decisions that don't cost them their health.

My approach is warm and I will gently challenge the stories that keep you stuck. Alongside coaching, I draw on other modalities to help surface and shift the deeper beliefs and patterns sitting beneath burnout.

We usually begin with a free connection call to see whether working together feels like a good fit. From there, for those who are ready, we start with a Burnout Consultation: a thorough, unhurried assessment of what is really going on. You leave with clarity, whatever you choose to do next.

Consultation and coaching sessions are offered in person at Chorlton Health Hub, Manchester, and online across the UK.

Areas of coaching I deal with

My specialisms

Burnout
Twenty years across mental health nursing, nutritional therapy and psychology plus my own recovery from burnout. It's where all my training and lived experience meet to best support women in burnout.
Limiting beliefs
Limiting beliefs sit underneath most issues I see with clients. I'm trained in techniques for surfacing and shifting them. I know from my own recovery that when beliefs change, everything changes.
Neurodiversity coaching
Many neurodivergent women run on masking, overworking and self-criticism - the exact fuel for burnout. As a workplace coach, I've delivered over 1,000 sessions to women with Access to Work grants.

"Before I found Rebekah I was feeling incredibly sad and stuck with a lack of clarity and direction. I spent a lot of time procrastinating and putting off decisions about my future. I was settling for a life that I had been unhappy with for a long time but I didn't have the tools or motivation to change. Fast forward just a few months and with Rebekah's support I am back in the driving seat of my life and taking steps to make big changes. I have reconnected with my true self and the future is looking much more exciting!" - HS, Social Media Manager

"Hi Rebekah, thank you so much for your support over the last few months!I genuinely found our sessions really helpful. I especially liked that we checked in every session about the goals we had set and the progress we had made towards that goal. I think this helped to make sure there was always a direction to the sessions and helped me think more carefully about how to use our time.

I found the way that you supported me to reflect on and more deeply explore different issues really helpful with gentle probing and encouragement. I often felt that you picked up on things which I wasn't fully aware of, and encouraged me to be curious about these thoughts/feelings/beliefs without pressuring me to do so. Over the course of our sessions, I have become more and more empowered to advocate for myself and my needs as a neurodivergent person, so thank you for supporting me to get there 😊" - RL, Speech and Language Therapist
