Step Up Career Review: Gain clarity on how to increase your impact, visibility and influence — so you can step up with confidence
If you’re looking to step up in your career but aren’t sure how to go about it, this focused session will help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
This is a structured, one-to-one review designed to give you an objective view of where you are now, how you’re currently positioned, and what needs to shift for you to step into the next level.
This is for you if:
• You’re preparing for a promotion but aren’t sure how to position yourself effectively
• You’re stepping into a more senior role and want to establish credibility quickly
• You feel ready for more but aren’t yet being seen at that level
• You want an experienced, objective perspective on what’s getting in your way

• A short pre-session questionnaire to reflect on your current role, goals and challenges
• A 90-minute one-to-one session to explore your situation in depth
• Identification of key blind spots and opportunities you may not be seeing
• A personalised Positioning Snapshot with clear priorities and next steps
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of:
* how you’re currently perceived
* what may be holding you back
* where to focus your efforts to step up or move forward
Some clients use this as a standalone session to guide their next steps. Others choose to continue with coaching to step up more confidently and consistently over time. It's up to you how you take this forward.
Training, qualifications & experience
I’ve run my coaching business Pursuit Coaching for nearly 10 years and was originally trained by PwC in coaching, leadership and facilitation. I spent 15 years in senior HR and Operations leadership roles at PwC, where I was promoted twice. This gives me first-hand insight into professional careers, progression pathways and the pressures that come with stepping up.
I also conducted many recruitment interviews and sat on promotion panels, so I understand how decisions are made and what decision-makers look for. This means I can help clients position themselves effectively, communicate their strengths with confidence, and demonstrate readiness for the next step.
I hold a Coaching Diploma (Distinction) from The Coaching Academy, I’m a Master Practitioner in NLP, an accredited DISC Personality Assessor, and Foundations Certified in Team Coaching.
I’m committed to high professional standards and invest in ongoing supervision and CPD.
I’m a member of the EMCC, and since 2017, I’ve co-run a thriving coaching community, supporting coaches in their development. I’m also an experienced public speaker and presenter, drawing on eight years of practice that now helps clients prepare for presentations, pitches and high-stakes meetings.

Step Up Career Review: £180
This is a one -off session that includes a pre-session questionnaire, a 90-minute one-to-one session, and a personalised Positioning Snapshot with clear priorities and next steps.
If you choose to continue with coaching afterwards, £90 will be credited towards a coaching package.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute introductory call to explore what you're looking for and whether the Step Up Career Review or coaching would be the right fit.
