My approach
I'm a qualified coach with over 10 years' experience in commercial and corporate environments. My coaching is thoughtful, practical and focused on helping you move forward.
Every session is tailored to you, with no judgement and no prescribed answers.

Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified as an Accredited Transformative Coach in 2024, completing my Diploma in Transformative Coaching with the Animas Centre for Coaching.
Alongside my coaching qualification, I hold a BA (Hons) in Philosophy, which has given me a deep interest in understanding people, asking meaningful questions, and helping others gain clarity.
I also bring over 10 years' experience in sales and relationship management, where I've spent my career listening to people, understanding their goals and challenges, and helping them make confident decisions.
