About me

It's 11pm, and you're still replaying it. The comment your manager made in the meeting. The way you froze instead of saying what you meant. The email you've read six times, trying to decode the tone.

You get into bed and your mind won't let go. You script the conversation you should have had. You rehearse the one you're dreading tomorrow. Somewhere around 2am you're still awake, running the same three minutes of conflict on a loop, and by morning you're exhausted before the day has even started.

This isn't overthinking for no reason. It's your nervous system trying to protect you from something it hasn't learned how to put down.

I'm a CMC-Accredited Mediator and Executive Conflict Coach. Before this, I spent 18+ years leading people through high-pressure clinical environments. I know what it looks like when someone is carrying conflict in their body long after the room has emptied. I built Tone Reset because most people don't need another leadership framework. They need a way to manage difficult situations and come back to themselves after a hard conversation, so it stops following them home.

Testimonials:

"As someone who spends much of his time building partnerships, negotiating deals, and helping organizations grow, I've learned that communication is often the difference between momentum and stagnation. Pinky has a unique ability to help leaders better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, navigate conflict, and communicate with greater clarity and intention"- Nate Hyland Linkedin Recommendation

"When we started, I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure where to focus my attention or how to move things forward with commercialising our services. She clearly understood the challenge of trying to balance the commercial side of my role with the realities of working in a charity and helped me see how I could combine the two without losing sight of our values.
Pinky is easy to talk to and generous with her advice. She was especially helpful when I was dealing with a sensitive internal relationship, and her perspective at that point really helped me navigate it.
I began the programme with lots of ideas but no clear sense of direction. I’m finishing it with much more clarity about where we’re heading and what I need to do to get us there." Sophie Darley Linkedin Recommendation

"Pinky has been a great coach to work with. Over the past six months, she's helped me get clearer on where I was heading and work through some of the mindset blocks that were getting in the way of moving forward.

Her style is calm and thoughtful. She listens well and asks the kind of questions that make you stop and really think. I never felt rushed or pushed in a particular direction; instead, she helped me find my own answers at my own pace.

That combination of clarity and confidence has made a real difference to how I approach my personal goals. I'm glad I'm working with her and would happily recommend her to anyone considering a business coach." John White Linkedin Recommendation

My specialisms

Communication skills
Every day I see where communication breaks down before conflict erupts and I coach leaders the exact language and timing to prevent it, not just manage it after the fact.
Conflict management
I specialise in conflict management helping leaders resolve workplace tension at its root, using mediation-based strategies that rebuild trust, not just paper over the problem. CMC-accredited.
Emotional intelligence
I help leaders build the emotional intelligence to stay composed under pressure, reading tension before it escalates, and responding with clarity instead of reactivity. NLP Master Practitioner.
