About me
I’m an Accredited Executive Function and Neurodivergent Coach. I work with adults, young adults and older teenagers (17+) who want practical support with focus, organisation, planning, follow-through and day-to-day executive functioning.
My approach is structured and collaborative. We explore what currently supports you, what gets in the way, and what may need adjusting. Sessions are conversational and practical, without pressure or judgement.
I work with individuals who are diagnosed, self-identified, or exploring whether ADHD or other neurodivergent traits may be relevant. A formal diagnosis isn’t required.
Common areas clients want to work on include:
- Task initiation and procrastination
- Organisation, planning and prioritisation
- Time management and routines
- Completing tasks and maintaining momentum
- Emotional regulation
- Understanding executive functioning patterns
- Confidence, self-trust and consistency
- Managing RSD-type responses
The focus is on building clarity, simplifying processes, and finding approaches that fit the individual.
How I Work
Coaching provides a structured space to look at what is happening day to day, why certain patterns tend to repeat, and what might make things feel more workable.
The work is practical, steady and tailored to the person. Many clients are balancing demanding roles, study commitments or long-standing habits, so we move at a pace that fits their context, energy and capacity.
Where helpful, I draw on Cognitive Behavioural Coaching (CBC) principles to explore how thinking patterns, emotional responses and behaviours interact, and how these may be influencing daily functioning.
ADHD Trait & Executive Function Assessments (Non-Diagnostic)
For those who want a clearer understanding of possible ADHD traits or executive functioning patterns, I offer structured, non-diagnostic assessments using the ACE+v2 interview framework.
Assessments explore:
- Attention and focus
- Working memory and executive functioning
- Emotional responses
- Day-to-day patterns and challenges
The purpose is to provide insight rather than a diagnosis. Many people use the outcome to inform next steps, workplace adjustments, or decisions about whether to pursue a clinical assessment.
Background
My route into this work began in leadership and development coaching. I have over 25 years’ experience across retail, e-commerce and professional services, including founding and leading my own businesses.
Alongside my private practice, I have designed and delivered coaching and leadership development work with organisations ranging from SMEs to global brands, including Google, Centrica and YouTube.
Over time, my work increasingly involved conversations with people who were already experienced and capable, but who felt stuck around organisation, focus, communication or follow-through despite sustained effort. Exploring these patterns - particularly in adult and young adult contexts - led me to specialise in executive functioning and neurodivergent coaching, with a focus on practical, workable support for everyday life.
I now work primarily with individuals who want clearer strategies and a more supportive way of approaching day-to-day challenges.
