So let me walk you through what happens
Once you make an enquiry, depending how you enquire phone or email, I will ask you just a few questions then we will BOOK YOUR FREE 90 minute consultation. During this time I am keen to know more about you and your world. We will go through a basic diagnostic analysis and agree objectives you are aiming for. There is usually an opportunity to give you a taster by working on a current challenge or goal. I will share how I work, and you can questions. I am a firm believer in trust and mutual respect. This is an adult to adult conversation. My goal is make you feel heard and ready. to take the next towards fulfilment in your life.

Sessions are up to 90 mins, not an hour.
Generally clients work with me for 6-10 months. I occasionally start with a weekly session if we need to work on momentum or a deadline. Then twice a month tends to work well after that.
