About me

INTRODUCTION

Hi, I am Nat, an Executive and Career Coach of 15 years, specialising in working with people with ADHD and other Neurodiversities. If you are feeling you underperform at work, are overly stressed and burnout is just around the corner, I am the coach for you. I have ADHD and work with ADHD and neurodivergent clients to help them get control of their career, improve their executive function and become more emotionally regulated. I am registered with Access to Work or you can choose to work with me privately.

I work holistically and my coaching is fully tailored to my client's goals. Goals often include, building confidence and overcome imposter syndrome, a job or career change or becoming more efficient, successful and progressing up the ladder.  I am well versed in tools and techniques to help you with resilience, time management, organisation and to help you feel more in control and focused.

If you want to change something about your work life, working with a coach will help you make that change and also accelerate it. To confirm that I am the right coach for you, I offer a complimentary 30 mins chat first to discuss what you would like to get from coaching and design how our partnership will work.

Prior to becoming a coach, I worked in Financial Technology at JPMorgan for 15 years, and I also have a science background in Physics, so I really enjoy working with people in the STEM sector.

I am working over Zoom mostly but do have some in person sessions available in East London.

"Around 18 months ago I made the decision to contact Nat. I was looking for a way to get more enjoyment out of my career and to find the elusive work-life balance that everyone talks about. Nat is an outstanding coach and is great at knowing when to help you find your own solutions and when to offer advice. If you've never tried coaching before and are thinking about it - you couldn't do better than get in touch with Nat"
