About me

Hi, I am Nat, an Executive and Career Coach with 15 years experience. If ADHD is causing you to underperform at work and stress and burnout are a worry, I am the coach for you. I have ADHD and work with ADHD and neurodivergent clients to help them get control of their career, improve their executive function and become more emotionally regulated. I am registered with Access to Work or you can choose to work with me privately.

I work holistically and my coaching is fully tailored to my client's goals. Goals often include, building confidence and overcome imposter syndrome, a job or career change or becoming more efficient, successful and progressing up the ladder.  I am well versed in tools and techniques to help you with resilience, time management, organisation and to help you feel more in control and focused.

If you want to change something about your work life, working with a coach will help you make that change and also accelerate it. To confirm that I am the right coach for you, I offer a complimentary 30 mins chat first to discuss what you would like to get from coaching and design how our partnership will work.

Prior to becoming a coach, I worked in Financial Technology at JPMorgan for 15 years, and I also have a science background in Physics, so I really enjoy working with people in the STEM sector.

I am working over Zoom mostly but do have some in person sessions available in East London.

If any of these situations sounds like one you are in, I have successfully helped clients with all of these before and I can help you to:

  • Overcome imposter syndrome and boost your confidence
  • Be a better leader, position yourself and get promoted
  • ADHD - time management, procrastination, executive function
  • Become unstuck and make a plan for your future career
  • Make a career change or sector transition
  • Write eye-catching CVs that will get you interviews
  • Interview successfully and confidently
  • Return to work smoothly after a career break
  • Get back on track after redundancy
  • Overcome career-limiting self-esteem issues
  • Define and achieve a good work/life balance
  • Support you as you climb the career ladder

Why not drop me a message now and we can arrange a free 30 mins chat to talk about your goals for coaching and how I can help you.

If you would like to know what some of my clients say about me, here's some testimonials :

"Around 18 months ago I made the decision to contact Nat. I was looking for a way to get more enjoyment out of my career and to find the elusive work-life balance that everyone talks about. The sessions I've had with Nat have transformed my ability to balance a challenging and rewarding career with home life. Nat is an outstanding coach and is great at knowing when to help you find your own solutions and when to offer advice. If you've never tried coaching before and are thinking about it - you couldn't do better than get in touch with Nat"

- Simon, European Head, Media

"After several months of applying fruitlessly for roles for which I was ably experienced and capable, I approached Nathalina for guidance on my CV, having been aware of her success as a professional coach and business leader. She demonstrates a personable, professional and direct approach, which was a well overdue wake-up call and I had 2 job offers within 6 weeks"

 - Graeme, IT Programme Manager, Fimance
