About me

I am an ADHD Leadership, Career, and Small Business Coach.
As well as having 15 years’ experience in coaching, with extensive studies into ADHD and am trained to coach on ADHD, I also have first-hand experience with a personal diagnosis. My struggle to regulate my ADHD professionally and personally has driven me to specialise in coaching clients
who are (un)diagnosed with ADHD and other Neurodiversities.

I help clients take charge of their own self-regulation, impacting positively on their careers and job - become better managers - be more effective - manage their emotions - change their behaviours - become more productive. I coach around everything to do with work - performance, career change, decision making, and setting up/growing your small business.

If you feel you can't cope at work, you underperform, are overly stressed or are close to burnout, then I can help you. I thrive on helping neurodivergent clients to feel less anxious at work, harness their symptoms to
improve their executive function and become more emotionally regulated.

I work with Access to Work or privately. I work holistically and my coaching is fully tailored to my client's goals. Goals often include building confidence and overcoming imposter syndrome, a change in career direction or
becoming more efficient, successful and progressing up the ladder.  I am well versed in tools and techniques to help with resilience, time management, organisation – all to help you feel more in control and focused.
If you want to change something about your work life, working with a coach will help you make that change and most importantly accelerate it.

To confirm that I am the right coach for you, I offer a complimentary 30 mins chat to discuss what you would like to get from coaching and design how our partnership will work.

Prior to becoming a coach, I worked as a programme manager in Financial Technology at JPMorgan for 15 years, and I also have a science background in Physics, so I really enjoy working with people in the STEM sectors but also in the Creative Industries sector.

Although I work predominantly over Zoom, I do have 6 in-person sessions available in each week in Walthamstow, East London.

I have successfully helped many clients and I can help you too if any of these issues are holding you back at work:

 Overcome imposter syndrome and boost your confidence
 Be a better leader, position yourself and get promoted
 Time management, procrastination, executive function
 Become unstuck, planning your future career
 Make a career change or sector transition
 Write eye-catching CVs that will get you interviews
 Interview successfully and confidently
 Return to work smoothly after a career break
 Get back on track after redundancy
 Overcome career-limiting self-esteem issues
 Define and achieve a good work/life balance
 Needing support as you climb the career ladder

Why not drop me a message now and we can arrange a free 30 mins chat to talk about your goals for coaching and how I can help you.

If you would like to know what it's like to work with me, here's what some of my past clients have said :

"Around 18 months ago I made the decision to contact Nat. I was looking for a way to get more enjoyment out of my career and to find the elusive work-life balance that everyone talks about. The sessions I've had with Nat have transformed my ability to balance a challenging and rewarding career with home life. Nat is an outstanding coach and is great at knowing when to help you find your own solutions and when to offer advice. If you've never tried coaching before and are thinking about it - you couldn't do better than get in touch with Nat"

- Simon, European Head, Media

"After several months of applying fruitlessly for roles for which I was ably experienced and capable, I approached Nathalina for guidance on my CV, having been aware of her success as a professional coach and business leader. She demonstrates a personable, professional and direct approach, which was a well overdue wake-up call and I had 2 job offers within 6 weeks"

      - Graeme, IT Programme Manager, Finance

"Nat was able to help me focus on my strengths. One interview practice session gave me all the confidence I needed for success in my job interview"

- Nicola, UX Designer
