About me
INTRODUCTION
Hi, I am an ADHD Executive, Career, and Small Business Coach. I have been coaching for 15 years, and specialise in coaching clients who have are diagnosed (or suspected) ADHD and other neurodiversities. What sets me apart from other coaches, is I don't just work with ADHDers, I have ADHD and have spent years studying the neurodiversity and am trained to coach ADHD clients.
I coach around all things work - performance, career change and decisions, and setting up and growing your small business.
If you are feeling you can't cope at work, like you underperform, are overly stressed and are close to burnout then I can help you. I have ADHD, am trained in ADHD coaching and I help neurodivergent clients to feel less anxious at work, harness their symptoms to improve their executive function and become more emotionally regulated. I am registered with Access to Work or you can choose to work with me privately.
I work holistically and my coaching is fully tailored to my client's goals. Goals often include, building confidence and overcome imposter syndrome, a job or career change or becoming more efficient, successful and progressing up the ladder. I am well versed in tools and techniques to help you with resilience, time management, organisation and to help you feel more in control and focused.
If you want to change something about your work life, working with a coach will help you make that change and also accelerate it. To confirm that I am the right coach for you, I offer a complimentary 30 mins chat first to discuss what you would like to get from coaching and design how our partnership will work.
Prior to becoming a coach, I worked in Financial Technology at JPMorgan for 15 years, and I also have a science background in Physics, so I really enjoy working with people in the STEM sector.
I am working over Zoom mostly but do have some in person sessions available in East London.
