About me
I love coaching. Seeing clients take invitations for behavioural change, try them out, live in and with them, then take them into their future as an integrated part of themselves is very satisfying.
The two disciplines I follow allow the Why? (Enneagram) and the How? (NLP) of your issues to be understood deeply and changed in a directed, practical way.
I provide Enneagram coaching online using Integrative9.com profiling tools. They are the most accurate and detailed profiles I have found. From the iEQ9 profile more of your type can be revealed in one set of questions than can be obtained by viewing type panels (panels are great, mind).
Using the profile, we work together discovering how you work and why drives / motivations you've had all your life, are there and how to resolve and restore you innate essence of you. Identifying the changes you want and need within the Enneagram by using the Types to guide you toward the beneficial resources to complete you.
NLP is the toolset to allow effective head, heart & gut change to be clearly detailed with targets and verification to allow you to know that you know.
