About me
As a specialist ADHD coach and ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I support individuals and families as they navigate the ups and downs that can come with ADHD—especially during periods of change and transition. Whether you’re moving through school, changing careers, navigating family dynamics, or focusing on personal growth, I offer a calm, structured, and non-judgmental space where you can gain clarity, build confidence, and develop strategies that truly work for your unique brain.
ADHD often comes with incredible strengths—such as creativity, passion, and resilience—but it can also bring challenges like overwhelm, procrastination, emotional regulation difficulties, or feeling disorganised. I work alongside my clients as an accountability partner, helping them create practical, strengths-based tools aligned with their goals and values. Together, we may focus on areas such as attention and focus, time management, executive functioning, self-advocacy, and emotional wellbeing—supporting you to feel more in control and thrive in daily life.
I offer 1:1 ADHD coaching for adults and children, as well as parental navigation coaching to support parents in understanding and responding to their child’s ADHD needs with confidence and compassion. I also work with families through family group coaching, helping improve communication, connection, and shared understanding within the home.
In addition, I facilitate parent workshops focused on ADHD and executive functioning, providing practical education, tools, and reassurance for parents who want to better support their children while reducing stress and overwhelm. Parenting a child with ADHD can be both rewarding and challenging, and my approach is collaborative, empowering, and grounded in understanding the whole family system.
