About me
I am a trained life coach and psychotherapist counsellor, and a registered member of the Association for Coaching, Addiction Professionals, and ACCPH. I provide face-to-face and online therapy, depending on preference. I work with regular supervision to ensure that I am practising safely and ethically, helping people of all age groups with a variety of challenges. We will work together on self-discovery, career direction, work-life balance, and personal growth. Goals are structured using the SMART framework (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) to ensure clear progress and lasting transformation.
Training, qualifications & experience
Welcome. I am a qualified Therapist and Life Coach with 5 years of professional experience helping individuals heal from the past and build meaningful futures. My practice bridges deep psychological support with structured, forward-facing guidance.
Holding a Level 6 qualification in Counselling and Psychotherapy, I provide a safe, confidential space to explore complex emotions, process past experiences, and manage mental health. Alongside this, my Level 5 qualification in Life Coaching allows me to help you map out actionable goals, break through mindset blocks, and create lasting life changes. Whether you need to heal, grow, or both, we will work together to build the tools you need for a balanced and fulfilling life.
I help all age groups with a wide range of challenges, including depression and anxiety disorders, substance abuse, OCD, ADHD, autism, and trauma ranging from PTSD and complex PTSD to burnout, grief and loss, and relationship or family difficulties. I specialize in supporting survivors of narcissistic abuse. I am also fluent in Spanish.
