About me
I’m Lyndsey. I help intelligent, creative builders fix execution gaps. Through ADHD coaching with me, ADHD professionals build calm, repeatable execution systems that prevent anxiety spirals and produce consistent results. I hold an Accredited Advanced Diploma in Coaching (Association for Coaching, UK), and I work specifically with neurodivergent professionals, creatives and business owners who want calm, reliable execution.
Alongside my professional training, I have lived experience of Autism and ADHD (AuDHD). I understand the tension between strong drive and inconsistent follow through, knowing exactly what needs to be done, yet struggling to execute it consistently.
My work focuses on building practical, repeatable systems that reduce cognitive load, stabilise output, and support sustainable performance. This isn’t about pushing harder or hustling. It’s about designing ways of working that fit your brain, so execution becomes steady rather than exhausting; we'll also look at managing your energy and cognitive and physical resources to support you in your journey.
If you have an Access to Work grant and want to use Access to Work ADHD support, I can help. You can make an Access to Work claim online, and we can take it from there. Just get in touch.
My style is warm, social model of disability focused, neuro-affirming, and structured. I'm also LGBTQ+ friendly. You’ll be understood, and you’ll have actionable steps to take away.
I am located in Birmingham and serve the UK remotely.

What happens during coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative and implementation oriented process.
We work together on:
- Clarifying what is not currently working
- Identifying patterns of executive functioning
- Developing doable systems based on your cognitive profile
- Enhancing task initiation and follow through
- Establishing effective and maintainable strategies for workload and energy management
Why else will coaching benefit you?
Many of my clients are:
- Intelligent but inconsistent in execution
- Capable but stuck in drift cycles
- Strong planners who struggle with follow through
- Deep thinkers who lose time in hyperfocus
- Business owners who know what to do, but aren’t doing it consistently
Coaching helps you:
- Build a repeatable execution system that survives bad days
- Reduce cognitive load so you stop rethinking tasks
- Translate ideas into structured action
- Turn planning into completion
- Design a dopamine aware workflow that actually sticks
- Deliver consistently without last minute panic
This is not about changing who you are. It’s about engineering a way of working that fits your brain and produces reliable output.
Coaching is likely to be most effective if you are:
- In employment, self-employed, or actively working on returning to employment

Testimonials
"I thought I’d cracked productivity, but it was actually exhausting. I’d finish the day drained, struggle to switch tasks, and have nothing left for myself. I knew something wasn’t sustainable, but I didn’t understand why my brain wouldn’t let me stop.
I chose ADHD coaching because I realised this wasn’t a willpower issue. Working together, I learned how to work with my brain, not against it, and this has helped me protect my energy without losing momentum."
-RW (Monthly Ongoing Support Client, Small Business Owner)
“I came for help because even though I was organised and used tools like a calendar in my business, I still struggled to actually finish the things I planned. My days were constantly getting taken over by urgent tasks, and I’d end up feeling like I’d worked hard but hadn’t really moved anything forward.
What I wanted was to feel more in control of my time, to follow through on my plans, finish tasks properly, and stop feeling rushed or mentally scattered by the end of the day.
I chose Lyndsey because she immediately understood and recognised the ADHD side of what was happening and helped me work with how my brain actually functions, rather than trying to force generic productivity systems that don’t stick.”
- GA (Monthly Ongoing Support Client, Small Business Owner)
“I have been really happy with the opportunity to talk things through and also the clear practical steps I can take.”
