About me

I support Adults + Young People by integrating a number of approaches into my work as a Coach, BACP Accredited Counsellor + Psychotherapist I offer an intentional space for focused self reflection, through gentle enquiry & empathic listening on a quest to uncover your Authentic Self. By taking a moment to pause, together we explore thoughts, feelings and behaviour patterns, reviewing the past where necessary, with a focus on the present moment, setting intensions to manifest your full potential.

You may be having complications in your relationships or feeling unease or stuck in your daily life. Maybe you have experienced a life-changing event like a loss, a divorce, a betrayal, an illness, stress, a family conflict or work related incident that's affecting your mental health and need some support whilst you transition. Perhaps you're concerned about your son or daughter's mental health and wellbeing and need some help on how to support them, whilst you also decompress

I work in private practice in Warwickshire & North Wales with adults and young people (16+). I have also worked therapeutically with students and staff at a renowned Independent School in Warwickshire and at various charities providing mental health coaching, psycho-education, wellbeing support and psychotherapeutic counselling to adults & parents.

🌱 How I work to support your personal development:

I work intuitively with a solution focused approach to combine Coaching with Integrative Psychotherapeutic practice to achieve long lasting + transformational growth. As a highly sensitive being, I embrace diversity and respect individuality. I believe we all hold great wisdom that lies within us and I support the people I work with to explore + access this; to develop a greater connection to their  'Authentic Self' leading to greater long-term fulfilment + purpose.

I strive to offer a safe, compassionate & non-judgmental space for authentic enquiry into mind, body and spirit through traditional integrative talk therapies, as well as combining more intuitive practices for greater wellbeing + deeper awareness.

I will attune to your experience with deep listening, focussing on your emotions, thoughts, beliefs as well as sensations and feelings, reflecting back what I sense & feel with kind curiosity to help gain a deeper understanding of your experience. When we are received in this way by another human, we nourish our foundations to cultivate transformational growth.

As a Transformational Coach I am informed by:

🌱 Person Centered Relational Psychotherapy

🌱Cognitive Behaviour practice (CBT)

🌱 Mindfulness + Conscious Manifestation practices including Compassion meditation

Further information

"Lucy is so easy to talk to, she listens and is non-judgemental; but beyond that she is warm, assimilates what you say intelligently and asks pertinent questions to enable you to consider what is right for you. There are no time pressures, conversations are centred around you, your thoughts, feelings and emotions, until the answers emerge. Lucy has great knowledge around her subject too and has mentioned books that I may like to read which have proved so enlightening. I feel honoured and blessed that Lucy agreed to work with me, to walk beside me, metaphorically hold my hand and help me find my way."

"My journey with Lucy has been life changing. I accessed support at a turning point in my life and I am so incredibly glad that I did. Lucy challenged and supported me in equal measure. Her challenge was to encourage me to address, go through and understand painful experiences so that I could genuinely deal with them and then let go of them. Her support was to help me get through the painful bits and understand that I could do it. She brilliantly weaved in some theory into our sessions to provide a framework, and a conscious understanding of what I was going through. This helped provide context and also helped me understand the appropriateness of my feelings."

"I can't speak highly enough for Lucy's sessions. The knowledge and skill set Lucy holds is second to none. She is the most professional, caring, considerate natured person I've ever met and perfect for her role as a Therapist and because of this Lucy is very easy to talk with and open up to. Due to Lucy's nature, I found sessions very relaxed and we quickly found clarity from within to the answers needed for the relationship issues I'd been having, that I had no idea were suppressed until Lucy helped me unlock these from deep within at a pace that suited me."
