About me

Seeking support is the first step toward reclaiming your balance and clarity. In my coaching practice, the focus is entirely on you, your challenges, your goals, and the future you want to build.

I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to help you navigate stress, process burnout, and create meaningful change.

I specialise in helping individuals, parents, and educators navigate periods of high stress, career transitions, and burnout. Whether you feel overstretched by work or are looking for practical guidance to support a neurodivergent child or family member, my goal is to provide a compassionate, structured environment where you feel truly heard and equipped to move forward.

I completed a Bachelor's degree (Honours) in Youth Work, verified through ENIC UK, and I am an undergraduate psychology student.

Training, qualifications & experience

My background combines a Bachelor's degree (Hons) and a functional behaviour analysis certification (certificate issued in Sept 2025). I specialise in family support, neurodiversity, and empowering women in vulnerable situations in Spain and in the UK.

Over ten years, I have supported individual clients, and I've delivered workshops working through diverse challenges, such as navigating complex career transitions, managing major life changes, building emotional resilience, and finding personal clarity.

  • School-age parenting, supporting teenagers, and building independent life skills.
  • Gender, sexuality, and LGBTQ+ guidance.
  • Managing career changes, workplace stress, and burnout.
  • Emotion management, depression, and stress relief.
  • Supporting vulnerable women
  • Neurodiversity, ASD, and fostering independence.
