About me

I’m Lorna, a Psychologist and High-Performance Coach for Entrepreneurs and Leaders.

With over 12 years of experience in the therapy and coaching industry, I've had the privilege of working with diverse clients, including members of the Global Royal Family, High-Level Executives running successful multi-million dollar businesses globally, Entrepreneurs, and Founders/Senior Leaders from thriving start-ups to technology giants in Silicon Valley.

Having navigated through the challenges of high-functioning anxiety and burnout myself many years ago, I embarked on my own journey of self-discovery and personal growth. It became clear to me that true freedom from chronic stress, anxiety and burnout required a powerful fusion of evidence-based therapies, transformative tools, and personalised coaching.

This realisation resulted in the creation of The Devine Method®, a methodology I curated by blending evidence-based therapies like CBT with compassion-focused therapy, life and high-performance coaching, and mindfulness - a unique and holistic support package tailored specifically for you.

I specialise in supporting Entrepreneurs and Leaders to manage stress and let go of high-functioning anxiety so that they can feel calmer and elevate their performance and wellbeing.

My offerings include 1:1 Private Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and wellness workshops/packages for corporate companies, brands and teams.

I also regularly run guest expert sessions for Entrepreneurs in the wellness industry and I’m available for brand partnerships, content creation and speaking engagements.

Prior to setting up my business, I worked in various sectors for over 11 years including the National Health Service (NHS), independent, charitable, education (state and independent schools) and research sectors as a Psychologist and CBT Therapist.
