You are driven, passionate, and want more for your life, but you can be really horrible to yourself, and it's exhausting.

Do you know a deeper change is needed, but it feels too big, scary, or impossible. Maybe you worry you don’t deserve it. Or maybe you don’t even know what you really want, and trusting yourself to make decisions feels impossible.

Working With Me

Working with me is about helping you to become the woman who chooses her life. The woman who trusts herself and knows where she is going.The woman who loves where she is in life and is confident in wanting and going after more. 
It is about helping you to be the woman who is with herself every step of the way, who knows what to do when she finds herself falling into old patterns, and can handle whatever comes her way.

Together, we’ll:

  • Get clear about what you want (sometimes the scariest part)
  • Clarify your priorities and next steps so you know you’re moving in the right direction
  • Build confidence in making decisions and taking action, even when change feels scary
  • Learn practical ways to navigate obstacles and challenges without getting stuck in self-doubt
  • Stop struggling with yourself so your energy goes toward living your life, not fighting it 

We use tools like menstrual cycle awareness, embodiment practices, and coaching strategies to support this process. By understanding your energy, emotions, and patterns, you can work with yourself instead of against yourself — making confidence and clarity more natural and sustainable.

From here, you can move toward a life that feels genuinely possible — the one that might currently feel “out of reach.”

Most clients begin with my Foundations 4-month coaching experience - a structured space to reset, reconnect with yourself, and build the confidence and clarity to start choosing your life.

From there, some clients continue working together as they move into the next phase of their journey, while others find this is exactly what they needed to create meaningful change.

Coaching can then be tailored depending on where you are and what you need - whether that’s deeper personal work, navigating a specific life change, or ongoing support as you build a life that truly fits.

My coaching draws on embodiment practices, IFS, menstrual cycle awareness, and transformational coaching principles.

Before becoming a coach, I spent around 10 years working in the corporate world in people and leadership-focused roles. During that time, I saw how often women were expected to succeed by pushing, overriding themselves, or fitting into systems that didn’t truly support them.

What felt missing was permission — to really know yourself, trust yourself, take up space, and lead your life in a way that feels aligned and sustainable.

My own experiences of navigating major life transitions, burnout, identity shifts, and career change led me to this work. I know what it’s like to realise that your life looks “fine” on the outside, but doesn’t feel like yours on the inside — and to reach the point where not changing feels scarier than changing.

I now work with women (including LGBTQ+ clients) who want clarity about what’s next and confidence in moving towards it, without constantly battling self-doubt or overwhelm.

My coaching is typically delivered online via Zoom. I also integrate menstrual cycle awareness as a practical tool for understanding energy, emotions, and capacity — helping clients make decisions and take action in a way that actually works for them.
