As an experienced psychologist, intuitive coach, and meditation practitioner I am able to listen deeply and support you in areas of your life where you most need it. I have experience in a wide range of areas including; psychology, focusing, mindfulness & compassion, energy psychology, intuitive coaching, sound therapy & Emotional Freedom Technique.
My passion is helping people to feel at ease, enhancing self belief, compassion and accessing their own wisdom within. Also, building self esteem, and supporting change to anything that causes disharmony in the mind and body. I completed my PhD in pain psychology and have extensively explored ways to change the experience of pain (physical & psychological). I believe that successful coaching is empowering, enabling you to move past barriers and blocks to greater happiness.

Whether its personal development you are seeking, or you are going through changes I can support you. Often over time we develop limiting beliefs, patterns that hold us back, and fear. Sometimes we just don’t know what to do with our lives or feel lost. I understand how difficult it can be to overcome these obstacles. I will support you to move through changes, creating more of what you want in your life. Enabling you to access your own knowing to a greater extent.
I also offer supervision to coaches and mentors.
What to expect from a session
Each time we meet we will agree what you need to gain from the session. The most important part of our sessions is that you feel relaxed and comfortable. I draw upon psychology, coaching methods, visualisation, meditation and compassion to support you.
I love working with individuals and groups, supporting change for greater happiness, success and peace. I have created and directed academic and personal transformational courses, retreats and workshops.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have been working with individuals and groups for 14 years. Initially providing support as a health psychologist within the NHS to enable positive changes to health, mindset, support for long term illness and pain.
I also work with NHS, Charities and Trusts supporting individuals and groups in areas including grief and loss, long term illness, stress and self compassion.

Initial calls are free of charge and we can discuss your needs. Together we will draw up a plan to suit you. Its important that you feel comfortable and that I am the right person to coach you.
Group sessions, workshops and courses are also available.
I went to liz for coaching as I was feeling stuck in certain areas of my life and overwhelming emotions were affecting my decision making and perception of things. Liz has the most wonderful calming energy about her and during the session, she allowed me to voice my feelings in a safe space whilst helping guide me to feel beyond the emotions and be aware of my own intuition and find my own solutions to why I was feeling this way. This is a wonderful alternative to therapy/counselling as it’s a gentle practice of someone holding space for you, allowing you to move forward and let go of things you may be holding that you no longer need.
Liz's sessions have provided a great source of external support over this spring/summer. She is truly a masterful, intuitive and sensitive guide, holding very deep, vulnerable spaces where I felt this connection to myself and could release tensions, certain thoughts and beliefs that have been holding me back. It's not just this, it's the awareness from the sessions, and after the sessions, I felt lighter, and something unexplainable had been shifted within my perception and my body. It's been very healing and cleansing for my mind, body and soul. I truly feel even though we weren't together in person, there was an authentic space held online, where these small shifts has lead to a transformation within me.
