As a Health Psychologist, Reiki Master, Intuitive Coach, and meditation practitioner, I offer a compassionate and holistic approach that blends psychology, self-compassion, energy healing, and intuition. My work supports people in navigating life's challenges, building confidence, understanding themselves more deeply, and reconnecting with their inner wisdom.

I work with individuals who wish to strengthen their intuition, and create a more meaningful and aligned life.
I support individuals going through major life changes, for example health concerns, relationship changes and career transitions.
Regularly I support professionals in demanding, high responsibility roles who are experiencing stress, overwhelm and burnout.
Having previously worked as a student support worker, I have a particular affinity working with young adults who are finding their way through periods of uncertainty, change, and self-discovery.
My approach is gentle, grounded, and non-judgemental, providing a safe space for growth, healing, and transformation.

I combine evidence-based psychological understanding with intuitive and holistic approaches, creating a space where both your practical challenges and deeper inner experiences are welcomed. My clients often come away with a stronger sense of self, greater self-compassion, and a clearer connection to their own inner wisdom. Alongside client work, I also offer supervision for coaches who want a supportive, reflective space to deepen their confidence, skills, and professional growth.
I am an accredited master coach with IAPC&M and a HCPC registered Health Psychologist.
What to expect from a session
Each time we meet we will agree what you need to gain from the session. The most important part of our sessions is that you feel relaxed and comfortable.
I love working with individuals and groups, supporting change for greater happiness, success and peace. I have created and directed academic and personal transformational courses, retreats and workshops.

Experience
I worked previously as a student support worker, supporting young adults to become confident and focused on their direction in life.
I have been working with individuals and groups for 18 years. Initially providing support as a health psychologist within the NHS to enable positive changes to health, mindset, support for long term illness and pain.
I also work with NHS, West Mercia Police, Charities and Trusts supporting individuals and groups in areas including grief and loss, long term illness, stress and self compassion.

She is truly a masterful, intuitive and sensitive guide, holding very deep, vulnerable spaces where I felt this connection to myself and could release tensions, certain thoughts and beliefs that have been holding me back. It's not just this, it's the awareness from the sessions, and after the sessions, I felt lighter, and something unexplainable had been shifted within my perception and my body. It's been very healing and cleansing for my mind, body and soul. I truly feel even though we weren't together in person, there was an authentic space held online, where these small shifts has lead to a transformation within me.
