About me
For people who look like they’ve got it all together, but don’t always feel that way.
Perhaps you’re the person everyone relies on. You’re capable, you get things done, and from the outside, life looks pretty good.
But inside, things might feel a little different.
You might find yourself overthinking decisions, questioning your abilities or feeling as though you’ve lost touch with what you actually want. Perhaps you’re navigating a change in your life, career or relationships. Or maybe nothing is particularly wrong, but you have a growing sense that something needs to be different.
Sometimes we spend so much time doing what we think we should be doing that we forget to ask ourselves what we really want.
And sometimes, we simply need somewhere to stop, think and work things out.
That’s where coaching can help.

Professional Experience
Alongside my coaching practice, I bring over 20 years of experience in senior leadership, mentoring, organisational development and working with people through complex situations and change.
My professional background includes senior leadership roles within the housing and public-purpose sectors, where I’ve worked with individuals and teams navigating significant responsibility, organisational change, challenging decisions and demanding environments.
This experience has given me a practical understanding of the pressures people face, particularly when they’re balancing professional responsibilities, personal expectations and their own wellbeing.
As the founder of One True Path, I bring together my professional experience, coaching qualifications and understanding of human behaviour to support individuals seeking greater clarity, confidence and self-trust.
I also have lived experience of ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia and dyspraxia, diagnosed in adulthood. This brings an additional perspective to my work, particularly when supporting neurodivergent individuals navigating identity, confidence, workplace challenges and personal development.
However, my coaching is not limited to neurodivergent clients. I work with people from different backgrounds and circumstances, tailoring my approach to their individual needs.
