About me
Hi, I’m Liz.
I’m a coach and mentor supporting adults who want to live and work more sustainably, particularly those navigating ADHD, leadership or both.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, high-achieving professionals who have spent years pushing through, overthinking, people-pleasing or holding everything together… often at the cost of their own wellbeing.
I was diagnosed with ADHD at 40, after years in senior leadership roles and a period of burnout that forced me to stop and reassess how I was living and working. I’m also a mum to neurodivergent children. Those experiences shape how I coach - with empathy, honesty and real-world understanding.
My approach is compassionate, strengths-based and practical.
Coaching with me is about understanding how you work best and building ways of living and leading that feel sustainable rather than draining.
People tend to work with me in one of three ways:
ADHD coaching
For adults with ADHD (diagnosed or self-identified) who want support with focus, motivation, emotional regulation, confidence, energy and burnout recovery.
Leadership coaching & mentoring
For leaders and emerging leaders who want to lead with clarity, confidence and values, navigate pressure and responsibility, and build sustainable ways of working that actually work in real life.
ADHD & leadership
For neurodivergent leaders who want to understand how ADHD shows up in their leadership, work with their strengths rather than masking, build clearer boundaries around time, energy and expectations, and lead in ways that are effective and human.
There’s no one-size-fits-all here. I meet you where you are, and our work is fully personalised around you, your goals, and what’s going on in your life right now - with no pressure to perform or have everything figured out.
I work with adults online, one-to-one and through group programmes, and always offer an initial conversation to see whether working together feels like the right fit.
