About me
- My coaching practice is called NAVEEGO, derived from ''to navigate.''
- The aim is to help you find your way - when you are metaphorically stuck, lost or unsure what to do next.
- I think of coaching as thinking sessions that help you access clarity, ideas, focus, decisions, courage, motivation, or something else that you need at the time.
- I help clients with both professional/career and personal/life challenges.
- In addition to standard coaching qualification, I'm trained and experienced in helping clients with ADHD. We typically work on topics such as overthinking, relationships, boundaries, procrastination, finishing projects, addictions, distractions, inability to make a decision, impulsivity, fatigue and self-critical tendencies.
- My approach is a mix of reflection time combined with practical outcomes worth your investment.
- My absolute favourite thing is when clients walk away more energised, empowered and ready to take action.

Further information
I believe that coaching should be accessible to everyone. I am, therefore, happy to discuss flexible pricing models and packages.
I am a big fan of coaching. I have my own coach who I use as someone to think with to stay on track and to access my best ideas and decisions.
My sessions are tailored to each client's needs, aiming for human conversations - about you. I do not use scripts, templates or coaching jargon.
