Hi I'm Laura and I work with people who are busy meeting the needs of others, but whose own needs might come way down the priority list.
I work with people who are searching for:
- more confidence

...so that they can continue to make a difference in their world.
Training, qualifications & experience
Having established my coaching business in 2021, I have held an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since 2023.
I have over 125 hours of coach training from Coaching Development and was awarded a Diploma in Coaching in 2023.
As a coach who is constantly striving to be the best I can be for my clients, who values integrity and is mindful of the ICF's Code of Ethics, I regularly engage in supervision.
Member organisations
The International Coach Federation is the professional association for personal and business coaches worldwide. Coaches can become accredited by the ICF, who have three grades of membership: Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Master Certified Coach (MCC), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Master Certified Coach's have achieved a substantial level of training and experience. Members of ICF are accountable to a professional code of ethics.

I fully believe that everyone should have access to coaching and that finances should not be a barrier. If the price range is beyond your means, please do get in touch and we can find a price that we are both comfortable with.
For companies wishing me to coach individuals within a team, price by negotiation.
I offer reduced rates for charities. Please contact me to discuss.
