They have a deep understanding of the unique challenges neuro-minorities face, including demand avoidance, executive function difficulties, motivation fluctuations, and future visualisation struggles. Their approach is client-led, strengths-based, and empowering, ensuring that every session is tailored to the individual’s needs, pace, and lived experience. Laura is a trauma informed coaching practitioner.
As an LGBTQIA+ advocate and speaker, Laura is deeply committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion, having co-chaired an employee network for the largest conservation charity in Europe. They integrate intersectional, feminist, and neurodiversity-affirming principles into all aspects of their work, ensuring their coaching is inclusive, affirming, and psychologically safe for individuals navigating neurodivergence and queer identity.
