About me

I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, exhausted, or frustrated that the advice they've tried doesn't seem to work for them.

Many of my clients are ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD, exploring a diagnosis, or navigating perimenopause and other life transitions. They often arrive believing they need more discipline, motivation, or willpower. Together, we explore what may actually be happening beneath the surface.

My coaching is shaped by both professional training and lived experience as a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman. I combine AuDHD-informed coaching with my own Whole-Person Clarity framework, helping clients understand the interaction between attention, energy, emotions, nervous system regulation, sensory needs, environment, values, and capacity.

Rather than focusing solely on productivity or performance, I help clients develop greater self-understanding, reduce self-judgement, and create sustainable ways of living and working that fit who they are.

Clients often leave with more clarity, more self-trust, and practical next steps that feel achievable and aligned.

Further information

Everything you are holding is valid and welcome in this space.

I offer a supportive, non-judgemental environment where you can pause, untangle what's been feeling difficult, and gain greater clarity about what may be contributing to overwhelm, stress, or feeling stuck.

Rather than focusing solely on strategies or productivity, we explore the whole picture, including attention, energy, emotions, environment, sensory needs, nervous system regulation, and capacity.

You don't need to prepare, perform or have all the answers. We'll start with noticing, then work together to identify what support, changes or next steps may be most helpful.
