I coach motivated individuals to unlock their potential. Think Dorothy (Oz) and her red shoes….she has the power the entire time to make her wish come true, to take herself home. You too already have the potential to achieve your dreams and I can facilitate.
Whether it be personal or professional goals, I provide an empathic safe space to facilitate thinking processes around where you are currently and what needs to change in order to move to where you want to be.
Coaching isn't just about setting goals and achieving them, it is about giving yourself the space and time to think about what you want to achieve out of life/career and how you can make this happen for yourself.
With twenty years of corporate experience combined with a coaching accreditation underpinned as an experienced psychotherapist I am well positioned to offer not only a wealth of experience and understanding in career or life coaching but a warm, empathic space within which to facilitate change.

I offer an initial 30 minute call free (no obligation to continue with coaching)
If we agree to go ahead and work together sessions are 1hr 30mins at £140 - number of coaching sessions and time between each session will be decided and agreed together during our contracting session.
