About me
Struggling with ADHD burnout? Constantly overwhelmed and exhausted?
If you're tired of pushing through, behind on everything, and your ADHD coping strategies have stopped working - I get it. I was diagnosed at 39 after years of the same cycle.
What makes my approach different:
I'm an occupational therapist and health coach, so I don't just focus on productivity hacks. We look at the whole picture: sleep, stress, routines, energy, emotions, and how your environment either supports or sabotages you.
This isn't about forcing yourself into boxes that don't fit. It's about building a life that actually works for you.
My "Be Well, Live Well, Your Way" framework has three pillars:
Be Well (your health foundation)
Live Well (what actually matters to you)
Your Way (personalised to fit your life, not someone else's)
I work with adults (18+) who:
- Feel constantly overwhelmed and burned out
- Have ADHD or think they might
- Want support beyond medication (or don't want meds at all)
- Need practical strategies that fit their life - not everyone else's
My background:
- Occupational Therapist (BSc Hons)
- Institute of Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
- 11 years of combined experience supporting adults
- Diagnosed with ADHD at 39
What you can expect:
We start where YOU are. No judgment. No pressure to be someone you're not.
Together we'll work through my "Be Well, Live Well, Your Way" framework to:
- Build routines and habits that actually feel doable
- Tackle the stuff getting in your way (time, focus, energy, emotions, sensory overwhelm)
- Create ADHD-friendly systems tailored to YOUR brain
- Focus on health foundations: sleep, nutrition, movement, stress
This is about you reconnecting with your strengths and creating a steadier way of living.
Sessions available:
- In-person in South Yorkshire (Doncaster, Rotherham, Barnsley, Sheffield areas)
- Online via Google Meet
- Phone sessions
- Access to Work funding accepted

Training, qualifications & experience
Occupational Therapist (2014-now) I qualified in 2014 and worked in the NHS for five years. OT is about helping people do everyday activities that matter to them - whether that's work, self-care, or hobbies - despite health challenges.
Health & Wellbeing Coach (2019-now) I support people to make changes that stick - around food, movement, sleep, stress and energy. I've coached over 1,000 hours, with a large focus on mental health and type 2 diabetes.
Coaching people with ADHD led to my own diagnosis.
This was the driving force behind creating ADHD Unboxed, where I combine both skill sets to support adults in living well with ADHD in a way that works for them.

Additional information:
Special interests and expertise: In addition to ADHD coaching, I have experience supporting people with mental health challenges and type 2 diabetes. The dietary principles that help stabilise blood‑sugar in diabetes - like balancing carbohydrates and managing energy dips - also prove useful for ADHD.
I’m familiar with patterns such as emotional eating and cravings, which can be common in ADHD, and I use practical strategies to help clients navigate these behaviours.
Professional standards: I hold an enhanced DBS check and undertake regular continuing professional development to meet the ethical standards of my professional registrations.
This ensures you’re receiving up‑to‑date, evidence‑based support.
Approach and availability: Sessions can be in person, via video (Google Meet) or over the telephone, with flexible scheduling to suit your needs. I blend occupational therapy and coaching tools, tailoring each session to your goals and energy levels.
Lived experience: My own ADHD journey means I understand the challenges personally as well as professionally. I aim to create a warm, non‑judgmental space where you can explore your goals and build confidence.
