About me

How can I help? Coaching can mean many different things. When based in psychology, it's ultimately about you. Who you are - your history, experiences and the many parts of your personality. Understanding these - and bringing them all together - can bring a sense of renewed direction, clarity and more depth to your relationships, whether it's one that's personal, professional or most importantly, with yourself.
I am a Psychosynthesis Coach. Psychosynthesis is a holistic psychology that focuses on who we are, and who we can be. It's focus is self awareness, authenticity, meaning, purpose and values. In coaching, it is therapeutic in style, and is highly effective in establishing direction and clarity and in removing blocks and limiting beliefs.

Diploma in Psychosynthesis Coaching - Institute of Psychosynthesis, London.
A little bit more about me: I have spent my whole career in roles focused on communication, working with clients to overcome barriers and obstacles in Executive Recruitment, Interpreting and Coaching. With my studies in Psychosynthesis Psychology, I have been able to take this to a deeper level to support clients in understanding who they are, where they are and where they want to be. I have worked in, and have experience of, many diverse environments including the NHS, social services, education, the charity sector and the construction industry.

I mostly work remotely, however am happy to meet face to face if that is your preference. This can include walking in nature (which can be more relaxing and less daunting), or meeting in a mutually convenient space that offers appropriate privacy.
