About me

Life coach, Psychologist

I work with women who want to rebuild their identities after going through a major change in their life.

I’m here for you if YOU ARE:

  • going through a life crisis which has made you question who you are and who you want to be
  • a mum whose children are growing up and you’re starting to have more time to yourself but you have discovered that you don’t really know what “yourself” looks like anymore
  • fed up with having to compromise your values or your dreams in order to progress your career
  • a “giver” who has forgotten to recharge your own battery and you are looking for ways to get your power back
  • simply tired of fitting in and need the courage to become your true self
  • Or any other reason you want to make positive changes in your life .

By working with me, you will

  • identify your “internal scripts” that show up in your life as the negative thoughts that are stopping you from being who you want to be
  • learn to let go of those thoughts or change them into more positive, empowering ones
  • rebuild the most important relationship in your life – the relationship with yourself
  • restore or discover self love and acceptance and, as a result, become more powerful and in control of your life
  • create your own vision of who you want to be or what you want to achieve with confidence and strong belief that you are going to get there
  • let go of the desperation to chase your goal. You will be able to relax in the here and now - trusting that you are on the right path
  • simply have fun and enjoy the beautiful journey you are on and learn to appreciate every single moment – even the difficult ones.  You will feel powerful and strong enough to treat obstacles as opportunities for your own growth rather than be overwhelmed by the emotional pain that life throws at you.

Further information

I am not here to fix you. You are already whole. Unfortunately, your own negative thoughts let you believe that you are not.

I will also not give you advice – as you already know what is best for you and who you want to be but certain events in your life might have blocked your access to that knowledge.

I am here to help you access your true, inner self, which will enable you to figure out who you want to be and how to get there. I will do it by asking questions which you probably haven’t asked or were too scared to ask yourself.

I will create a safe, confidential space, where you can let go of expectations and not be judged - a space where you can talk, where you will not be disturbed and where someone will listen.

I will share tools and methods that have been successful in my personal life and used by my clients that contributed to changing their lives.

If our energies align, we will create a unique and powerful partnership with only one focus – to help you create the life you want.
