Supervision details
My practice is shaped by two core principles:
1. Heart — the foundation of safety
Before anything else, I create a space where you can bring your whole self: your strengths, doubts, blind spots, and the moments you’re not proud of.
Supervisees often describe me as warm, grounded, intuitive, and deeply present. This foundation allows us to explore your practice honestly, without fear of judgement.
2. Backbone — the courage to name what matters
Through my training and inquiry into Heron’s model, I discovered that directness, when held with care, accelerates insight and catharsis.
I am not afraid to:
-name patterns you may be avoiding
-offer perspective when you’re stuck
-challenge you when you play small
-bring the client’s voice into the room
-illuminate parallel processes
