About me

I help people with their emotions when life gets stressful, confusing and challenging.  Through supportive reflective conversations I help to untangle and refocus the light on a dark space. Our emotions are sending us messages sometimes we need to learn alternative pathways to gain clarity.  I am working with Neurodiversity in different ways. I can offer a safe space to explore the unhelpful chatter. Often we identify we are uncomfortable with something but can't pinpoint what it is.  Sometimes we are numb to a feeling even shutting out that emotion. I work with people who are in their search to understand why they are reacting or processing something in a particular way.  I've helped many people grow into a new version of their lives that makes sense to them, to understand who they are and identify where they are going.  Please call me to chat about how we can start this journey.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am now working with Neurodiversity and supporting  people with dyslexia at work and at home. Looking at how we can overcome obstacles and seeing their strengths. My career has taken me in many different directions.  I have worked for large organisations, run sales events and run my own business. I have juggled my time with kids and a busy life and strived for the balance -  not always achieving it.

Other areas of coaching I deal with

I am truly passionate about helping people with their emotions whether they struggle at home or at work.  Learning to process and understand through strategies and observations is key to establishing a good relationship with yourself. I have done this work and I want to help you.

Additional information

Firstly, I would like to chat to you to see if I am able to help you and you feel comfortable with me.  The chemistry between us is so important. Once we have decided we would like to work together we will agree a plan. Often 6 sessions is a good way to start as it takes time to really establish what is happening.  Most of my clients work on a 2 weekly basis and they book in blocks of 6 x 45min sessions @£55 each so £330

Once we are established we can possibly develop our sessions and meet perhaps outside walking and talking.  I used to be a personal trainer so I always encourage exercise.

When I work

I try to fix a slot with you so we both know and we commit that time to share together. I am able to offer morning, afternoon and evenings depending on the day. I work on zoom mostly.
