About me

Are you overwhelmed and exhausted by parenting/caring? Are you struggling to support your neurodiverse child/ren?

I support parents and carers to:

  • Develop strategies to manage stress and feeling overwhelmed
  • Build confidence and positive self-talk
  • Reconnect with who you are

Parents and Carers often deprioritise their own needs to focus on caring. Through 1:1 coaching conversations, we will make you and your needs the priority. I will support you as a parent and a carer and I will work with you as a ‘whole person’, giving space for you to be all that you are.

I can support you by offering:

  • A non-judgmental safe place where you are the priority, with a focus on whatever you need
  • A platform to help build your confidence
  • A supportive space to gain clarity, work through challenges, and formulate meaningful actions to make positive changes
  • The option to ‘keep in touch’ by email between sessions to support you
