About me
I'm a friendly and professional coach specialising in personal and professional development. I can help you assess where you are, work out where you want to go, decide how you want to get there, and support you on your journey.
I work with children (age 10+), teenagers and adults. For children and teenagers I act as a trusted family friend, an extra adult on your child's team, and an impartial listener without any other agenda. For adults, I meet you where you are, without labels, to help you set and achieve goals that push you individually.
I work with all ages because this was my experience as a taekwondo instructor, where I loved helping people of all ages and abilities get the best out of themselves. I bring this same respect and ambition to my coaching today. I also have management experience running small businesses, and can support you work on your business and manage your work / life balance.

Training, qualifications & experience
I have an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology (completed with distinction in 2025) and I am accredited by the EMCC.
Alongside this, I have 15 years experience as a director of a small business employing 30+ staff, and 10 years experience as a taekwondo instructor, running my own club and teaching hundreds of children and adults.
Member organisations
EMCC UK is part of the Europe-wide European Mentoring & Coaching Council. Together their aim is to promote good practice and the expectation of good practice in mentoring and coaching across Europe. EMCC is an independent, impartial and non-profit making organisation.

Free initial online session
Additional information
We will start with a free online call to get to know each other and see if it's a good fit.
I charge £60 per session, however if you book six sessions, you get one free.
I work mostly online, but am based in central London, near London Bridge, and am happy to meet in person.
