About me
I’m an Addiction Coach working with men and women who are caught up in cycles of substance misuse, compulsive behaviours and the problems this is causing in their lives. My skills are grounded in my own lived experience of addiction and complex trauma. I understand survival patterns from the inside, the numbing, the chaos, the self-deception, and the courage it takes to begin again and choose another way.
Alongside my personal journey, I bring extensive professional expertise from the public and private sector, supporting individuals at different stages of change from the first honest conversation, through relapse prevention and long-term sustainable change. I utilise the C.O.R.E. programme (Clarity, Ownership, Recovery, Embodiment), a unique evidence-based behaviour change framework developed through the integration of clinical therapeutic expertise and real-world recovery experience. It provides clear structure, personal responsibility, and practical tools that translate into real change in everyday life.
My work is compassionate and relational. I care deeply about helping people build emotional resilience, self-trust, and a way of living that is free from destructive patterns. Change is possible, and it begins with honesty, ownership, and the willingness to do the work to overcome addictive behaviours.

Further information
CORE is a structured, evidence-based recovery programme for people seeking lasting change from addiction and compulsive patterns. It works at the level where change actually happens: perception, responsibility, regulation and lived behaviour. The programme is practical, relational, and grounded in present. CORE is not about fixing people. It is about helping participants see clearly, take ownership of their choices, stabilise their lives and create sustainable change.
