About me
I have over twenty years of experience in life and business coaching. I have clients from all stages in life`s journey. My approach follows an Integral approach, so I support you from an understanding of what is going on in your thinking, what you are experiencing physically, and what is happening in your environment, both culturally and physically.
I am the founder of the Spiritual Intelligence group on LinkedIn with over a thousand members. I have run courses on spiritual intelligence and have taught at the University of Liverpool Business School.
Every client is special and I can tailor a support package to assist most individuals from single counselling sessions through to residential retreats and long-term support.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a Master`s degree in Transpersonal Psychology and Human Consciousness from Liverpool John Moores University. I have studied Integral Psychotherapy with the Integral Institute in Colorado.
I have an Institute of Leadership and Management diploma in Leadership and executive mentoring. I am a qualified Practitioner in NLP, Spiral Dynamics, and SQ21 spiritual intelligence.
I have taught different aspects of leadership and entrepreneurship for the University of Liverpool management school, where I was the Academic Director of the Help to Grow programme post-COVID.

Additional information
My fees are tailored to the needs of my client and to the level of support required. They may include a series of counselling sessions, monthly support programs over a longer period, or intense "Off the Planet" restorative residential breaks.
Further information
I have travelled widely in Asia, including time in Nepal and Sri Lanka.
My hobbies include 3D Field Archery and Salsa Dancing.
I currently live in Denbigh, North Wales, but have clients both at home and abroad.
