About me

I work with brilliant people who’ve had their spark, confidence, and passion slowly chipped away - often by toxic bosses, tricky teams, or life experiences that whisper “you’re not good enough.” Every day can start to feel like a grind.

I believe that when confidence slips or self-doubt creeps in, it’s usually because you’re living too far from your natural strengths and values - caught in a world of “shoulds” instead of what truly fits.

My coaching works in layers, a bit like an iceberg. We begin with what’s visible, then go deeper to the roots.

Level 1 – Fight the Fires
When you’re overwhelmed, even one more thing feels impossible. We’ll map out what’s on your plate and start shutting down what doesn’t belong - so you can breathe again.

Level 2 – Build the Scaffolding
With some breathing space, we create routines, habits, and boundaries that protect your energy. The aim? More ease and joy. You keep the good stuff, and we make the rest simpler.

Level 3 – Uncover the Stories
Old coping patterns and self-talk often fuel that “not good enough” feeling. Here we explore your beliefs and swap unhelpful stories for ones that support the life you want.

Level 4 – Design Your Life
This is the fun bit. We get clear on where you are, what you want, and how to get there - on your terms. From boundaries to strengths at work, we design a life that feels like yours, not one you’ve been told to live.

✨ If this resonates and you’re ready to feel like yourself again, book a free discovery call - I’d love to help you find your mojo.

Areas of coaching I deal with

Other areas of coaching I deal with

ADHD Coaching
I offer ADHD Coaching for anyone diagnosed with or who suspects they may have ADHD, as well as those who want to better support an ADHDer in their life.

What is ADHD Coaching?
ADHD Coaching focuses on how ADHD shows up in your everyday life. This might mean challenges with executive function (planning, organisation, time management), feelings of overwhelm or burnout, or the impact on your confidence and sense of identity especially if you were diagnosed later in life.

How does it work?
We usually begin by creating structure in one or more areas of your life, giving you the headspace to start thinking about what you really want. And here’s the key: the work happens in our sessions, not as “homework.” If we’re building a morning routine, we’ll do it together so you leave with something practical to put in place straight away.

✨ ADHD coaching with me is about cutting through the chaos, boosting your motivation, and finding strategies that actually stick.

Feedback from my clients:

"I chose to work with Helen primarily because she also has ADHD so can understand my experience and challenges precisely. But it’s more than that, I strongly believe that coaching, like many other disciplines, is about the connection between coach and coachee. From the first call with Helen, it was clear she ‘got me’ and we just clicked. I’ve never looked back since. I continue to work with Helen because she challenges me. Sometimes coaches just give you the answer but Helen always finds the right question or words to get me to figure the solutions myself." Matt J, Isleworth.

"Helen has really helped me build up my confidence and I couldn't recommend her enough. I started working with Helen when I was going through a particularly challenging situation at work, which had left me really questioning myself and my confidence at an all-time low. Helen makes sure that everything is tailored to you, she is super friendly - it almost feels likes you're talking to a great friend, so if you're looking for a boost please do reach out to Helen." Vicky J, Cardiff.

"I would wholeheartedly recommend speaking to Helen if you are experiencing any kind of uncertainty and are struggling to find your own way forward." Sally N, Staines

"I have learnt more about myself in a few short sessions than I ever thought possible." Tiffany B, Guildford

"Sessions with Helen really help clear my mind and allow me to reach my goals. Her style puts me at ease straight away and she keeps our sessions on track and focussed." Helen K, London

"Being able to discuss and brainstorm ideas and priorities with Helen has made such an impact on my day to day life, I no longer have that regular feeling of being overwhelmed. Almost a year on and I still use them on a daily basis." Sally B, Kingston
