About me

Many women are out there right now, standing at a crossroads—knowing something needs to change, or wondering how to deal with a change that has unexpectedly happened. Whether you are navigating a career, personal life shifts, or feeling as if you have lost touch with who you really are and what you want to achieve.

You may have friends who listen, and you have convinced yourself that you should be able to figure it out alone. And you probably can, but it will be quicker and deeper with a coach alongside, working with you.

A coach helps you move forward. Rather than analysing the past or telling you what to do, coaching creates a calm, focused space where you can think clearly, understand what you want, and make confident decisions. It’s future‑focused, practical and empowering — centred on your goals, your strengths and the changes you’re ready to make.

My sessions are dedicated to you – your protected time, your agenda.

I hold hour-long sessions over Zoom, in the evening or on selected Saturdays or Sundays.

Training, qualifications & experience

I graduated from The Coaching Academy as a Personal Performance (Life) Coach in January 2025.

I coach women of different ages and backgrounds, including hospice workers, teachers, full time Mums and a counsellor. I support women who are neurodiverse or neurotypical, and women from all cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds.

I also support clients with ADHD. I’m currently deepening my training in this area so I can understand their experiences more fully and offer even better, more tailored coaching. My aim is always to create a calm, supportive space where people can explore what works for them and move forward with confidence.

As a qualified Life Coach, I abide by the code of ethics of the International Coach Federation (viewable at www.coachfederation.org).

My specialisms

Career
I have worked with women in business who wish to increase their confidence to pursue promotion. One client ended up as CEO!
Limiting beliefs
Whether it's a lack of confidence, or past experiences holding you back, we work together to recognise where these doubts came from and work towards building self esteem and self confidence back up.
Relationships
We all need a calm, neutral space to think clearly. I help you explore the connections you want and the person you hope to be within them, gently and steadily.
