About me
People matter. I have always had a strong sense of wanting those around me to feel comfortable and supported, and this is at the core of my coaching service.
I am a one-to-one life coach for women of all ages who are facing change or wanting change, whether in their personal or professional lives.
My aim is to make a positive impact on the lives of those I coach, helping them to thrive.
My sessions are dedicated to you – your protected time, your agenda.
I hold hour-long sessions over Zoom, in the evening or on selected Saturdays or Sundays.
Training, qualifications & experience
I qualified with The Coaching Academy, having studied with them for 2 years, achieving a Personal Performance Coaching Diploma.
As a qualified Life Coach, I abide by the code of ethics of the International Coach Federation (viewable at www.coachfederation.org).
I have coached women of different ages and backgrounds, including charity workers, teachers, stay-at-home mums and a counsellor. I welcome women who are neurodiverse or neurotypical, and women from all cultures, beliefs, and backgrounds.

Further information
All sessions are online or by telephone, depending on the client's preference.
The first introduction session lasts for up to an hour, during which we get to know each other a little and explore what’s going on for you and how coaching can help you. This session is free.
If you decide to pursue coaching with me, each subsequent one-hour online session is charged at £50.
