About me

  • Are you feeling stuck, bored, frustrated or stressed with your career and/or with aspects of your wider life?
  • Would you like to understand more about what you need to feel happy, motivated or fulfilled?
  • Do you feel you never have enough time, you keep putting things off, or you're always doing things for others?
  • Do you want to set yourself goals that you actually feel motivated to work on?

I am passionate about helping people get unstuck and find fulfilment in their career and wider life through 1-to-1 and group coaching. I am also a big nature lover and advocate of the power of walking, so I offer outdoor walk & talk coaching - 1 to 1 or in groups.

What is coaching?

Coaching is a powerful way to support you to bring positive change to your life and be more you. A coach doesn't give you advice or tell you what to do. Instead, they help you to:

  • listen to and understand yourself better
  • set yourself meaningful goals
  • identify and tackle what's getting in your way
  • build confidence and motivation to take action

Why coaching while walking?

I find that walking outdoors helps people to relax and forget the stresses of the day, enabling them to think more clearly and talk more freely. Studies have even shown walking can improve creativity. All of this is very conducive to an effective coaching session, for both the client and the coach. And quite simply, it's just great to get outdoors!

About 1-to-1 coaching with me

Sign up to 1-to-1 coaching and I will work with you over a number of months, helping you to:

  • gain more clarity on your direction
  • build the confidence to make change happen
  • create achievable actions that you feel motivated to work on

I will support you on your journey by:

  • giving you a safe, non-judgmental space to talk
  • helping you to understand more about yourself
  • challenging and pushing you when you need it

Sessions can be delivered online, face to face or while walking. It's a safe, confidential space to focus on what YOU want in your career and life.

Get in touch to arrange a no-obligation chat to discuss how this could work for you.

About my group workshops

My group workshops are an affordable and sociable way to experience the benefits of life coaching... and give yourself a bit of you time!

They are either held online or while walking (in Wokingham).

Each event will focus on a specific topic, (e.g. goal setting, understanding what really matters to you, procrastination, fear, time management... and more). It will include powerful self-reflection exercises and discussion topics, to enable you to leave with achievable actions you feel motivated to work on.

About my "Get Moving to Get Unstuck" course
5 days of coaching built around your daily walk!

Have you been going round in circles wondering where to take your career next? Is it starting to impact things outside work too?

This online course uses the power of walking, self-reflection exercises and group support to help you get unstuck and work out what you need to feel more you in your career. It's designed to work with a daily walk and fit around your busy day.

I run it every 2-3 months so keep an eye on here or social media for details of upcoming events.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have an ILM Level 5 Diploma in Coaching & Mentoring.

Previous to becoming a full time coach, I worked for 20 years for a large multi-national company. My various roles were all within IT, but my real passion was leading teams and helping individuals grow and develop. I became heavily involved in internal coaching and mentoring initiatives, before making the decision to go full time into coaching.

I have coached people within and outside the workplace, covering areas such as career planning, self-confidence at work, health & fitness, work-life balance, organisation & planning, concentration,  and more.

I also have experience working with Neurodiverse clients, helping them to better understand how to utilise their strengths to help them tackle the challenges they face and achieve their goals.
