About me
I’m a somatic trauma-informed coach, specialising in trauma recovery, nervous system regulation, and somatic practices that support emotional and physical wellbeing. My work focuses on helping people reconnect with themselves after periods of stress, burnout, or chronic illness gently guiding them back toward balance, safety, and self-trust.
It’s common to feel tired throughout the day but wide awake at night, to wake in the early hours with a racing mind, or to find yourself snappy, foggy, and overwhelmed by endless to-do lists. Many people long for rest and calm but feel unable to slow down. My approach helps to calm the body’s stress response and restore a sense of inner stability, so you can begin to feel more grounded and peaceful.
Somatic coaching is about learning to listen to your body recognising its signals and understanding what it needs to feel safe and supported. Healing begins with small, manageable steps that help your energy rebalance naturally. Together, we create structure and safety for emotions to be processed without everything feeling like it might fall apart.
My style is warm, compassionate, and practical, blending gentle conversation with somatic practices that help you reconnect with your body, emotions, and inner voice. This work is about rebuilding connection to self, step by step, so that life can begin to feel lighter, calmer, and more aligned.
I offer 1:1 trauma-informed coaching sessions online, along with low-cost self-guided resources for those who wish to begin gently. I meet you where you are, without judgment, and walk alongside you as you find your way home to yourself.

My somatic trauma-informed training is ICF accredited and my work is grounded in both formal education and lived understanding of trauma, chronic stress and nervous system healing.
I’ve studied the science of trauma, the nervous system, and the body’s innate ability to heal blending evidence-based approaches with compassionate, embodied practice.
This blend of somatic and trauma-informed education allows me to meet each client safely and skilfully, supporting deep nervous system regulation and emotional integration. My coaching combines grounded conversation, gentle somatic tools, and reflective practice to help people feel calmer, more connected, and confident in themselves.
I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where healing happens at a manageable pace empowering clients to move from survival mode toward self-trust, balance, and lasting growth.

Introductory session
I offer an initial 60-minute session for £60.
This provides a gentle space to explore what’s bringing you to coaching and whether working together feels like the right fit.
Standard sessions
Individual 60-minute sessions are £90.
Many clients choose to work together over several sessions, as nervous system–informed coaching works best when there is time for changes to settle and integrate.
Support packages
4 sessions – £320
8 sessions – £600
These are suitable for women who would like consistent support in rebuilding trust in themselves, understanding their nervous system responses, and creating sustainable change.
Extended support option
VIP support package – £900
Includes:
• 8 coaching sessions
• WhatsApp support between sessions
• personalised journalling prompts and reflection guidance
This option is designed for those who would like deeper, more continuous support alongside their coaching process.
