I'm Larissa, founder of GlassFrog. I coach people through career change - specifically the ones who've realised the career they built no longer fits, but have no idea what should replace it.
I know that position well. I qualified as an employment lawyer and worked in private practice before moving in-house at one of the world's largest telecoms companies, where I ended up as the sole full-time employment counsel for thousands of employees. It led to burnout. Working with a career change coach was what got me out of it - and what showed me I didn't want one big job at all. I wanted a portfolio career made up of several things I actually cared about.
That experience shapes how I work. GlassFrog blends coaching and mentoring. Coaching helps you find your own answers through questions, reflection and honest challenge. Mentoring means I'll also share perspective from having genuinely been through career reinvention myself, and from years spent inside demanding professional environments. Most people need both, in different measures, at different points.
I work with people who are stuck in a career that looks good on paper, recovering from burnout, considering a portfolio career, or standing at the edge of a leap they can't quite make. Sessions are practical, warm and jargon-free. You'll leave with clarity and a plan, not a folder of affirmations.

- Life Coaching Diploma, qualified as a Professional Life Coach, accredited by Association for Coaching (AC) , completed with The Coaching Academy 2025;
- CPD, CMA, IPHM, ICAHP - Neurodiversity Training with The Efficient Coach.
- Culture consultant, advising organisations on working culture and people practices
- Beyond formal training, my experience of burnout, recovery and building a portfolio career is central to how I coach. I've supported clients through transitions including law to floristry, medicine to adventure medicine, corporate marketing to yacht crew, and consultancy to private cheffing.

The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.

Additional information
Starter Programme - 3 months
Six 90-minute 1:1 sessions plus an initial consultation. Best if you're weighing up whether you need a full change or a smaller pivot.
£450 per month over 3 months (£1,350 total), or £1,200 paid in full.
Signature Programme - 6 months
Twelve 90-minute 1:1 sessions plus an initial consultation. My most popular option, designed for a complete career change.
£450 per month over 6 months (£2,700 total), or £2,500 paid in full.
Leap Year Programme - 12 months
Twenty-four 90-minute 1:1 sessions plus an initial consultation. Structured, steady support through exploring, deciding and settling into a new path.
£450 per month over 12 months (£5,400 total), or £5,000 paid in full.
Ad hoc sessions - £150 per 60-minute session
One-off, targeted support for burnout recovery, work-related stress, workplace anxiety, imposter syndrome, ADHD-informed coaching, interview confidence, redundancy and outplacement, return-to-work transitions, career pivots, portfolio careers and future-proofing against AI-driven change.
All programmes include reflection tasks between sessions, access to GlassFrog coaching materials, email support between sessions, and an optional blend of coaching and mentoring depending on what you need.
