About me
Your toddler refuses to put on shoes. Your primary school child argues over everything. Your teenager shuts their bedroom door and shuts you out.
Different ages. Same feeling. You're not sure what to say anymore, and whatever you try seems to make it worse.
I'm Giulia, a Certified Parental Coach. I work with parents who want to stop reacting and start leading, with calm authority, clear boundaries, and a real connection with their child.
My work is practical. You leave each session with language you can use that same evening, not theory to think about later.
Start with a free session: no commitment, no pressure. Book directly through this page.
"I didn't realise parental coaching was something I needed until I worked with Giulia. I came away calmer, clearer, and more confident in how I support my child." Karla
I help you understand what's happening beneath the behaviour, your child's and yours, so you can make intentional choices instead of reacting in the moment.
Sessions combine reflection, clear frameworks, and concrete language tools. I focus on three things: reducing power struggles, building real trust with your child, and helping you stay steady when emotions run high.
I offer a single 1-hour session for focused support, or a six-session package (90 minutes each) for deeper, lasting change. The package includes WhatsApp support between sessions and personalised session recaps.
I am Italian, London-based, and work online in English and Italian.

My Way of Working
My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change in parenting happens through awareness, language, and consistency over time. I work in a coaching-based, non-judgmental, and highly practical way, supporting parents to understand what is happening beneath behaviour, both theirs and their child’s, and to make intentional choices rather than reacting in the moment.
Sessions are structured yet flexible, combining reflection, clear frameworks, and concrete language tools that parents can apply immediately at home. I focus on helping parents build calm authority, set clear and sustainable boundaries, and strengthen connections without losing their role as guides. My approach does not rely on scripts or rigid techniques, but on developing the parent’s confidence, clarity, and internal consistency.
I do not offer therapy or diagnosis. My role is to support parents in developing skills, awareness, and strategies that grow with their family and can be adapted as children move through different stages.
Support Materials & Ongoing Resources
Parents who work with me have access to a range of resources designed to support continuity between sessions and long-term integration.
This includes my weekly newsletter https://giuliagalli.substack.com/, which explores parenting, communication, emotional development, and real-life family dynamics, offering ongoing reflection and practical insights beyond our sessions.
I am also the author of When a Parent Is Born, a book that many parents use as a reference point throughout their coaching journey, helping them revisit key concepts around language, identity, and intentional parenting as challenges arise.
Testimonials:
I didn’t realise parental coaching was something I needed until I worked with Giulia, and now I genuinely think it’s something all parents could benefit from. She’s calm, supportive, and very practical, which made it easy to talk things through without feeling judged. I came away feeling calmer, clearer, and more confident in how I support my child. I’d definitely recommend Giulia’s parental coaching and would happily work with her again. Karla
Giulia helped me clarify many dynamics and answered questions that, as the mum of an eight-year-old, I ask myself every day… above all one: where am I going wrong? It’s important to have tools that help us better understand our children, which is why I also bought Giulia’s book. A precious resource to keep on my bedside table and reread in moments of emergency.
