Living a happy and optimistic life not only feels wonderful but also promotes good health. Research shows that happiness acts as a protective shield against life’s stresses, which are often linked to major health issues such as heart disease, cancer, and stroke.
Life coaching is a service that offers support, guidance, and expertise to individuals who feel they are at a crossroads and in need of extra help, whether for professional or personal reasons. While friends and relatives can provide support, a life coach offers proactive, professional support from a more objective, third-party perspective, drawing from various approaches like psychology, EMDR Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, Embodied Somatic Psychotherapy, and Hypnotherapy.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have NLP and Clinical Hypnotherapy, Clinical Coaching also a Trauma Psychotherapist, an Embodiement Somatic Practitioner. Experience is of 15 years, through personal and client base knowledge.
Growing up with a multicultural heritage - born in the United Kingdom to a Spanish mother and Carribean father - I’ve been fortunate to experience life through various cultural lenses. My family environment fostered deep introspection and meaningful conversations, teaching me to look beyond surface-level interactions and understand the complexities of human nature.
