About me
I am a professional Coach with an interest in harnessing creativity as a force for meaningful professional development, change and growth. I take a holistic, solution focused approach to professional and personal challenges facing individuals and organisations in navigating the demands and complexities of the modern world.
I see coaching as both a Science and an Art that puts people and their wonderful, messy, intrinsic humanness, centre stage.
How to navigate change, realise potential and support actions necessary for personal and professional growth, is a skill set I have developed and continue to do so
Training, qualifications & experience
My coaching practice is informed by 30+ years of working as an educator, manager and leader in Higher Education and the Creative Industries. Here I developed coaching approaches and a people centred focus to meet, embrace and thrive in challenging professional environments.
I have a PG Cert Professional Coaching form De Montford University. I am an Accredited coach with the Association for Coaches.
Member organisations
The Association for Coaching is one of the leading professional bodies for Coaches and Organisations.
The Association is made up of a number of different membership categories, e.g. Associate Member (AMAC), Member (MAC), Accredited Member (AC Accred), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience. Accredited Members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
The Association has a Code of Ethics & Good Practice and a Complaints Procedure.
