As an accredited coach with more than 25 years’ business experience across a variety of industries and disciplines, I’ll work with you to understand your goals, build a personalised plan and support you to deliver against them.

Having worked in change management and transformation across a variety of industry sectors and levels for more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege to have learned from some amazing and inspiring individuals and had the opportunity to lead, coach and develop some incredible people and teams who have experienced these types of challenges.

I have a passion to get the best from people and through my proven PTP (Platforming/Transforming/Performing) coaching framework and understanding their needs, enablers and blockers, I’ve enabled those I’ve coached to develop the practical skills to positively deal with the changes that both their professional and personal lives have presented and worked with them to build clear plans to charter their future course.

Through authentic, curious and open questioning and discussion, I’ll work with you to really understand your needs, how we can transition you towards your desired future state and how to deal with the challenges to reach your goals.

My proven PTP coaching framework follows 3 distinct stages:

1. PLATFORMING – Identifying the challenges you've faced in the past, where you are now and what the enablers and blockers are to where you want to be.
2. TRANSFORMING – Harnessing the opportunities available, developing and delivering a clear plan to deliver the changes you need to achieve your goals.
3. PERFORMING – Embedding these changes and ensuring they stick so that you continue on the right path ongoing and enjoy continued success.

Career Coaching Packages

£75 per hour single session thereafter.

- One off 'Power Hour' coaching session (particularly useful for interview prep!): £75 

- 3 Session coaching package: £220

- '50/50' Job Search 4 session package: £300 (pay £150 upfront for 2 sessions  and remaining 2 sessions paid for once new role secured)

- 6 Session coaching package - buy 5 sessions and get the 6th FREE - £375
