As an accredited coach with more than 25 years’ business experience across a variety of industries and disciplines, I’ll work with you to understand your goals, build a personalised plan and provide the support and confidence for you to deliver against them. 

Having worked in change management, operations, transformation and HR across a variety of industry sectors and levels for more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege to have learned from some amazing and inspiring individuals and had the opportunity to lead, coach and develop some incredible people and teams. 

Having also personally experienced redundancy several times in my career, I know what it takes to get through it, recognising that it's a moment in time and won't last forever. 

I have a passion to get the best from people and through my proven PTP (Platforming/Transforming/Performing) coaching framework and understanding their needs, enablers and blockers, I’ve enabled those I’ve coached to develop the practical skills to positively deal with the changes that both their professional and personal lives have presented and worked with them to build clear plans to charter their future course.
